Return Authorization Request

Our Return Policy

We accept returns for credit on new, unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original package and in new condition.

Items that are defective may be returned for credit, repair, or replacement according to the manufacturer’s policy.

Please note that some manufacturers require a tech support case number or return merchandize authorization prior to return.

A return merchandise authorization (RMA) must be received prior to returning merchandise and a copy of the RMA must accompany the returned merchandise.

If the manufacturer ultimately determines that the product is not defective or that its inability to function properly is a result of user damage or abuse, the customer is responsible for charges associated with its replacement.

All products that are branded cannot be returned unless defective and under the manufacturer's warranty.
