Description
The DSC PC4820 Maxsys 2-Door Access Control Module provides a simple, scalable, and affordable solution for integrating access control with DSC’s Maxsys alarm systems. Designed to monitor and restrict entry within commercial or institutional buildings, this module supports two readers that can either control two separate doors or manage access on both sides of a single door.
For larger installations, up to 16 PC4820 modules can be connected via the system’s 4-wire Combus, enabling control of up to 32 doors. The PC4820 is compatible with a wide range of 26-bit Wiegand readers such as Polaris, ioProx, ShadowProx, HID, and Kantech XSF Technologies, as well as request-to-exit detectors like the T-REX.
