The Honeywell LYNXTOUCH-MSD Firmware Update Tool for the Lynx Touch L5210 and L7000 Alarm Systems.Using the LYNXTOUCH-MSD tool you can update the firmware for your Lynx touch Systems.Updating the firmware is required to get your L5210 or L7000 systems working with an LTE Communicator.
You use to be able to update the firmware over the air (OTA) however this is no longer available and with the end of life of AT&T and Verizon GSM services updating the Firmware will be required to use the new LTE Cellular Modules.
