The ANS100A is a 100 watt expander module for Kidde audio evacuation systems. It adds amplifier output power in a compact module rather than a full panel, for installations where cabinet space is the constraint.

When speaker load grows past what the installed amplifier can carry, the choice is normally a bigger head-end or an expansion. The module format is the smaller-footprint option: 14 x 8 x 8 inches and 5 pounds, against a full expansion panel several times that size. The installed panel and its terminated speaker circuits stay exactly as they are. Listed by FDNY, ULC, CB, CC, and UL.
