The MPSR1-D45WX is a single-action explosionproof manual pull station built for hazardous-location fire alarm coverage, from Class I hydrogen environments to outdoor weather exposure. Die-cast construction with plated and pre-painted surfaces resists corrosion, and the explosionproof backbox ships in the box, so there is no separate enclosure to source.
Built for the commercial fire installer
Rated for Class I Group B, C & D, Class II Groups E, F, G, and Class III hazardous locations, and NEMA 4X for outdoor use, this station covers plants, tank farms, and other locations where a standard pull station isn't rated. Cat 45 key reset keeps the station secure between activations, and the six-contact terminal block accepts 14 to 18 AWG field wiring at a 10 amp / 120 Vac switch rating. Single-action operation converts to double-action in the field with the optional MPSR-LP cover, so one base station covers both specifications.
