System requirements
R-Series annunciator modules communicate with the FACP over the RS-485 data riser in Class A or Class B wiring configurations. Power is supplied by the FACP or an approved 24 VDC power supply. Maximum wire run is 4,000 ft (1,219 m) using 18 to 14 AWG twisted pair.
