The Omada ER706W-4G is a Gigabit VPN gateway with a built-in 4G+ Cat6 modem and AX3000 Wi-Fi 6, a single box for a site that needs cellular as a WAN or a quick-turn temporary link. It can run the cellular connection alongside a wired uplink with load balancing and link backup.
Built for sites with cellular uplinks
The 4G+ Cat6 radio reaches 300 Mbps down and 50 Mbps up, with two detachable LTE antennas and a Nano SIM slot. Wired ports are one Gigabit SFP WAN/LAN, one Gigabit WAN and four Gigabit LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi reaches 2402 Mbps on 5 GHz and 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz through three detachable antennas. It supports IPsec, SSL VPN, OpenVPN, WireGuard, PPTP, L2TP and GRE VPN, plus SD-WAN in controller mode. TP-Link notes it is not compatible with AT&T Text & Data plans in the US.

System requirements
Runs through its standalone web interface. Centralized management and SD-WAN need an Omada controller, and zero-touch provisioning needs an Omada controller. A Nano SIM with a compatible data plan is required for cellular.
