The ZKTeco SMK-H is a standalone metallic RFID reader-controller built for commercial and light industrial access points. With onboard storage for 1,000 RFID cards and 1,000 PINs, it operates independently -- no separate controller required -- and outputs via Wiegand for straightforward integration with most access control panels.
Built for demanding install environments
The IP65-rated vandal-proof metallic enclosure handles exterior and high-traffic indoor locations where plastic readers get damaged or defeated. Standard ZK 125 kHz 26-bit card reads are compatible with the majority of existing credential stock in the field. An optional Mifare card reader configuration is available for sites requiring higher-security 13.56 MHz credentials.
