The Ajax StarterKit 2 is a complete wireless intrusion system in one box, built around the Hub 2 Plus and ready to install in a single visit. Every device pairs to the hub over Ajax's encrypted Jeweller radio protocol, so there are no wire runs, no drilled walls, and no panel enclosure to mount. Ideal as a stand-alone system for a small residential or light-commercial site, and expandable to up to 200 Ajax devices as the customer grows.

Hub 2 Plus is Ajax's flagship hub for North and Latin American installations. Three independent communication channels (Ethernet, Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz, and dual-SIM LTE cellular) give the system real redundancy — one path can fail without knocking the account offline. A built-in lithium-ion battery keeps the hub online through power loss, and every wireless device carries multi-year battery life so trip-and-return service calls stay rare.

Deployment notes
This is the 9NA/AFA regional variant — the correct frequency plan for the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America. Do not mix with EU (868 MHz) accessories; frequency plans are not cross-compatible. Cellular activation requires a valid nano-SIM (one or two, dealer-supplied). Ethernet or Wi-Fi is required for initial hub setup.
