Each fob carries an Alarm.com-specific encryption key and is only readable by Alarm.com readers, so a credential that walks out of the building is not usable at another site, and a copied 125 kHz card is not usable at this one.
Built for the commercial installer
These are MIFARE DESFire EV3 credentials rated to EAL 5+ with 8 Kbytes of onboard memory, which is double the storage of the Alarm.com smart cards. That space holds access privileges and custom application data rather than just a badge number. LEAF support means the fob stays interoperable with other LEAF ecosystems instead of locking the site into one vendor forever.
The polycarbonate body reads at up to 3 inches, noticeably further than the 1 inch you get from the card format, which makes a real difference at a gate or a gloved-hands door. Rated -13F to 176F and made in the USA. Sold 25 to a pack.

System requirements
Requires Alarm.com branded readers. This fob will not read on third-party hardware. If a site needs credentials that also work on third-party readers, specify the ADC-AC-CARD-50M4 Smart plus Proximity Card instead.
