Built for the alarm installer
Voice verification changes how an alarm is handled: the operator can talk to the premises and confirm whether it is real before dispatching, which reduces false dispatch charges and gets a genuine event a faster response. Losing that capability is a common objection when a customer drops the landline, and this board removes the objection.
It also supports the AirFX Remote Toolkit through the Alarm.com site for remote configuration. Check the panel factory code before ordering, as it requires 2335 or higher.
