The RA-ENC2 is a surface-mount steel enclosure sized for one Kidde R-Series remote annunciator plus one LED expander, for jobs where the annunciator location doesn't have a suitable electrical box or where the panel design calls for a locked, tamper-resistant housing instead of flush mounting.
Built for the commercial fire installer
Built from 16-gauge welded steel with a white painted finish, it includes a security lock with two keys and a wiring channel that keeps interconnections between the annunciator and expander routed cleanly. It attaches to a standard electrical box and provides a mounting lip that takes the place of the annunciator's integral mounting ring, so no separate hardware is needed.

System requirements
