The 430D Series mounts directly on any standard single-gang opening, wall or ceiling, with no special hardware. Indoor use is covered out of the box; add the 449 weatherproof back box for outdoor or exposed installations. FM Approved and UL listed, so it passes inspection on commercial fire alarm projects without a variance request.
