The 1500-12 extends the reach of a Kidde electromagnetic door holder's catch plate to 7-1/2 through 12 inches, covering door and frame combinations the standard hardware can't reach.

Built for the commercial fire installer

An adjustable rod lets the installer dial in the exact extension needed on site rather than ordering a fixed-length part and hoping it fits.

System requirements

For use with Kidde electromagnetic door holders (sold separately).
