Kidde | Expansion module one 250-device loop. For VS4 only | V-SLC2-1

The V-SLC2-1 drops a second 250-point signaling line loop into a Kidde VS4 fire alarm control panel, taking the system from one addressable loop to two without a panel swap. It occupies one of the VS4's expansion slots and supports up to 125 detectors and 125 modules on the added loop.

Built for the commercial fire installer

On jobs where the base VS4 loop runs out of headroom mid-project, the V-SLC2-1 is the straightforward fix: field-install the card, wire the new loop, and the panel picks it up through its existing addressing scheme. No reprogramming the base loop, no new enclosure. It's also the right call on retrofit and expansion jobs where the customer's device count grew past what a single loop supports.

System compatibility

For Kidde VS4 Series intelligent fire alarm control panels only. Each VS4 panel accepts up to two loop controller modules in any combination of single (V-SLC2-1) or dual (V-SLC2-2) loops, on top of the one 250-point loop built into the base panel.
