The VM-SLC signaling line circuit card adds a second addressable loop to a Kidde VM Series control panel, supporting up to 125 detectors and 125 modules per circuit. It also supplies resettable 24 VDC for powering conventional two-wire smoke detector circuits on V-Series modules, so one card covers both intelligent and conventional device needs on the expansion loop.

VM panels ship with one loop standard; when a job's device count outgrows it, the VM-SLC drops into the VM-CPU main board to bring the panel to two loops without swapping the cabinet. Class A or Class B wiring is field-selectable, and the card's smoke power output means you're not running a separate circuit for conventional detector bases.
