SKU:
LM-N9P-4RA2

The Luminys N9P-4RA2 puts two independent 4MP sensors inside a single dome housing, letting you cover two directions of a scene without running a second cable or burning a second NVR license. LumiFlex technology combines both streams into one feed for VMS compatibility, making it a practical pick for lobby intersections, T-junctions, corridor crossings, and parking entries where two cameras would otherwise be needed.

Built for demanding commercial installs

IP67 and IK10 ratings cover both weather and physical abuse. LumiPolarPro and LumiDesertPro certification means the camera runs from -40°F to 140°F without an external heater. Eight IR LEDs (four per sensor) deliver 100 ft of IR coverage in total darkness. The camera is NDAA compliant and FCC/IC certified, covering federally funded and government-adjacent projects.

Key features

  • Dual 4MP sensors: two independent 1/2.7-in. CMOS sensors, each at 2688 x 1520 maximum resolution
  • LumiFlex dual-stream: combine both sensor outputs into a single feed to simplify NVR and VMS integration
  • 100 ft IR range: eight IR LEDs (4 per sensor) with auto and manual gain control; 0 Lux minimum illumination with IR on
  • 120 dB WDR: handles high-contrast scenes like doorways and parking entries without blown highlights or crushed shadows
  • iMD analytics: AI-based human and vehicle detection filters false alarms from animals, lighting changes, and foliage movement
  • VCA built in: line crossing and intrusion detection, configurable per sensor
  • Built-in microphone plus 1 audio input / 1 audio output channel
  • MicroSD up to 256GB for edge recording; FTP, SFTP, and NAS also supported
  • ONVIF Profile S/G/T: compatible with any ONVIF NVR or VMS
  • NDAA compliant, FCC and IC certified

Do I need two VMS licenses to use both sensors?
It depends on the VMS. LumiFlex technology combines both sensor streams into a single feed, which many VMS platforms treat as one camera channel. Confirm with your VMS vendor before committing to a license count.
What mounting accessories work with the N9P-4RA2?
All mounting hardware is sold separately. Options: ceiling mount low profile (LUM-E04), ceiling mount (LUM-E05), wall mount (LUM-W09), and junction box (LUM-J09). See the spec sheet for dimensions.
Is the N9P-4RA2 NDAA compliant?
Yes. The N9P-4RA2 is NDAA compliant and FCC/IC certified, qualifying it for federally funded and government-adjacent projects.
What is the IR range and does it work in complete darkness?
Eight IR LEDs (four per sensor) cover up to 100 ft. Minimum illumination is 0 Lux with IR on, so the camera operates in complete darkness. IR intensity is adjustable in auto or manual mode.
Can this camera handle extreme outdoor temperatures?
Yes. LumiPolarPro and LumiDesertPro certification covers operation from -40°F to 140°F. No external heater required.
What NVR or VMS is this camera compatible with?
The N9P-4RA2 supports ONVIF Profile S, G, and T, making it compatible with any ONVIF-compliant NVR or VMS. CGI API is also available. Supported browsers for local access: Chrome, Firefox, Edge.
Does the camera support local edge storage if the network goes down?
Yes. The N9P-4RA2 includes a MicroSD slot (up to 256GB) for edge recording. It also supports FTP, SFTP, and NAS as backup storage destinations.
