The Smart Chime is usually plugged into an outlet and left there, which means it gets unplugged when someone needs the socket. That is a problem when the chime is also the Wi-Fi host for a battery doorbell. This bracket fixes it in a chosen position with hardware rather than relying on the socket staying free.
