The widest field of view in the Alarm.com wired doorbell line, at 165 degrees horizontal and 145 vertical, which is what keeps a package on the step inside frame instead of just below it. Video Analytics 2.0 handles people detection on the device, so the customer gets alerts for visitors rather than every car that passes the driveway.
Built for the installer
This is the flexible one on power. It runs on a 16 to 24 VAC transformer at 10 to 40 VA, or 15 to 24 VDC at 6 to 20 W, so it fits a far wider range of existing chime circuits than most doorbells and often goes in without replacing the transformer. A 22 ohm 5 watt flameproof resistor for mechanical chime installs is in the box, which saves a parts run.
Rated from -58F to 122F, so it works in climates where other doorbells are out of spec. Dual antenna 2x2 MIMO Wi-Fi on both 2.4 and 5 GHz gives it a real chance at the far side of a brick wall. Note it has no Ethernet option: for a wired network drop, specify the ADC-VDB755P instead.

Requires 16-24 VAC at 10-40 VA (16 VAC, 10 VA recommended) or 15-24 VDC at 6-20 W, and 18-20 AWG wiring. Wi-Fi only, no Ethernet. Optional Alarm.com Smart Chime (ADC-W115C). Power Module (ADC-VDBA-PM-750) and Wall Power Supply (ADC-VDBA-PSU-DC) available where the existing circuit is unsuitable.
