Puts an Interlogix Concord 4 panel onto Alarm.com over Verizon VoLTE with an Ethernet path alongside it. The customer keeps the panel and every sensor learned into it, and gains app control, remote arming and notifications.
Built for the alarm installer
Dual path means the signal goes over cellular and broadband at the same time and the server acts on whichever lands first. On a commercial Concord install that is both faster signal delivery and a second path when the primary is unavailable.
A Z-Wave controller is built in, so locks, lighting and thermostats can be added to a legacy Concord without another hub. Check the supply before installing: continuous draw is only 65 mA, but transmit peaks at 1600 mA, and a marginal battery that copes with standby can still fail on a transmit burst.
Key features
- Keeps the existing Concord 4 panel and sensors, avoiding a full replacement
- Dual path over Verizon VoLTE and Ethernet for faster signalling and redundancy
- Z-Wave controller built in for locks, lighting and thermostats
- Low 65 mA continuous draw so it sits easily within a healthy panel supply
- Rated 32F to 120F for typical panel locations
System requirements
Requires an Interlogix Concord panel at version 4.0 or later and 12 VDC from the panel. The supply and battery must handle the 1600 mA transmit peak. Ethernet is required for the second path.
