The EGCVRF-CVR is a replacement cover for Kidde Genesis LED EGC Series ceiling mount strobes. Red with white FIRE marking, it lets you swap the visual marking on an installed Genesis EGC strobe without removing the appliance from the ceiling or disturbing wiring.

Genesis EGC Series covers snap on and off the base appliance, so changing a room's marking from ALERT to FIRE (or swapping a damaged cover) takes seconds. The cover maintains the same UL/ULC-listed performance as the original - no re-inspection required for a like-for-like cover swap.

Does this cover fit all Genesis EGC ceiling models?
This cover fits Genesis LED EGC Series ceiling mount strobes and horn-strobes. It does not fit EG1, EG4, or EWG wall-mount models - those use different cover geometries.
Can I change the marking without removing the strobe from the ceiling?
Yes. The cover snaps on and off the base appliance. No tools, no wire disturbance, no need to pull the device off the backbox.
What other marking options are available for EGC Series?
