The EG1AWA-CVR is a snap-on replacement cover for Kidde's Genesis LED EG1 Series compact wall-mount horn appliances. White housing with red ALERT marking and integrated speaker grille. Swap a damaged or mis-marked cover without touching the chassis or wiring - pull the old cover, snap the new one on, and move to the next device.

What EG1 Series models does this cover fit?
This cover fits all Genesis LED EG1 Series wall-mount horn chassis. It does not fit strobe-only or horn-strobe models, which use different cover profiles with lens cutouts.
Can I swap the marking without replacing the whole appliance?
Yes. The EG1 Series uses a modular chassis-and-cover design. Pull the existing cover and snap on a new one with the marking you need (FIRE, ALERT, AGENT, or plain). No rewiring, no tools required.
Does this cover fit the EG4 or EGC Series?
No. The EG1 cover is sized for the compact wall-mount EG1 chassis only. The EG4 (standard wall mount) and EGC/EGCS (ceiling mount) use their own cover profiles.
Is this cover UL Listed on its own?
The cover is a component of the UL/ULC Listed Genesis LED EG1 Series notification appliance assembly. It carries the listing as part of the complete appliance, not as a standalone component.
