The 1010-000 Long Range Kit adds three prismatic reflector panels to the Fireray One beam smoke detector, extending the detection range from 50m to 120m (164 to 394 ft). Drop the reflectors onto the mounting plate at the far end of the protected space and the Fireray One's motorized alignment handles the rest - no manual aiming, no laser tools, no second trip.

Built for the commercial fire alarm installer

Large warehouses, atriums, and open commercial spaces with high ceilings need long-range beam detection where point detectors can't reach. The 1010-000 kit brings those applications within the Fireray One's range without stepping up to a more complex end-to-end beam system. Each reflector mounts to a 1030-000 or 1031-000 surface plate, and the prismatic design allows up to 5 angular misalignment - forgiving enough for walls that aren't perfectly plumb.

System requirements

Requires a Fireray One beam smoke detector (sold separately). The detector head provides motorized auto-alignment and connects to the fire alarm panel via conventional two-wire or four-wire connection depending on the model.
