The Genesis WG4 Outdoor Speaker/Strobe delivers reliable notification in wet and weatherproof environments where standard indoor appliances won't hold up. Rated for outdoor use with an operating range of -31°F to 151°F, it installs on a standard 4-inch box and connects to existing 25V or 70V NAC circuits with field-selectable wattage taps.
Built for the commercial installer
UL and ULC listed for wet locations, the WG4WF-SVMC runs on 24 VDC strobe power with 25/70V selectable speaker voltage. Four candela settings (15, 29, 70, 87 cd per UL 1971) are switch-selectable without removing the device from the wall. Strobe synchronization works with Kidde VM/VS Series, FX Series FACPs, and compatible sync modules including the GSA-CC1S and SIGA-CC2A. Speaker wattage taps (1/4W, 1/2W, 1W, 2W) are also field-selectable for balancing coverage against NAC circuit load.
