The Kidde Genesis WG4RN-SVMC puts outdoor-rated speaker/strobe notification on the wall without separate signal and strobe runs. Dual-voltage speaker (25V or 70V, field-selectable) and multi-candela strobe (15/29/70/87 cd indoor, 6/12/28/35 cd outdoor) share a single backbox, cutting install time and wall space on exterior and harsh-environment applications.
Built for the commercial fire installer
UL 1638 outdoor and UL 1971 indoor listed, with an operating range of -31°F to 151°F and 0-95% noncondensing humidity. The Genesis WG4 mounts on standard 4" square boxes (dry locations) or 74347U weatherproof boxes (wet locations). Speaker wattage is field-selectable at 1/4W, 1/2W, 1W, or 2W taps, and the strobe candela is set via a switch on the device - no second trip to the ladder. Compatible with Genesis synchronization modules and Kidde VM, VS, and FX Series FACPs.
