The K-RLCD-R-2 is a red-housing remote LCD annunciator without common controls, for jobs where the design calls for a status-only remote display rather than a control point. A large backlit 4x20 character display gives text-level event detail at a remote location, and the red housing marks it clearly as a fire alarm device in the field.
Built for the commercial fire installer
No programming required at the annunciator itself Ć¢ā¬ā set the network address with the on-board DIP switches and the unit pulls everything else from the panel. RS-485 wiring supports Class B, Redundant Class B, or Class A, so it drops into whatever riser topology the job already uses. Mounts to a standard 4-inch square electrical box, or into an optional locking steel enclosure for surface-mount installs.
