The Kidde 6831-4 is a non-break glass surface trim for K-270 Series fire alarm stations. Built for commercial installations where a surface-mounted pull station is required and breakable glass rods are not preferred. Solid die-cast metal construction in standard fire alarm red with aluminum accent strips.

Surface-mount the K-270 or K-270P station without cutting into the wall for a flush box. The non-break glass mechanism delivers the same single-action pull operation as the standard 6831-3 break-glass trim, but eliminates glass rod replacement after activation - reset and return to service faster. ADA-compliant pull force under 5 lbs.
