The SIGA-MCC2A combines two signal risers into a single supervised output circuit while providing UL 1971 strobe synchronization, so notification appliances on the output flash and sound in step without a separate sync module.
Built for the commercial fire installer
Built on the same addressable dual-input riser architecture as the SIGA-CC2A, with synchronized output added so compatible Genesis and Integrity strobes on the circuit meet UL 1971 timing requirements (within 10 ms over a two-hour period). The output circuit is monitored for opens and shorts, and the panel inhibits activation if a wiring fault exists so the riser is never connected to a faulted circuit. No addressing switches - the loop controller assigns the address automatically.
Key features
- Dual riser, single output with built-in synchronization
- Class A wiring for supervised circuit survivability
- UL 1971 strobe sync for compatible Genesis and Integrity signals on the circuit
- Onboard diagnostic LEDs - green flashes normal, red flashes alarm/active
- No addressing switches - address is assigned automatically by the loop controller
System requirements
Mounts to a North American 2-1/2 in. deep 2-gang box or standard 4 in. square by 1-1/2 in. deep box. For electromechanical bells or horns on the output, install a bipolar transient protector (235196P).
