LumiCenter Basic (LCE-BASV) is a per-channel VMS license that enables video capture, display, recording, transmission, and playback for one IP camera or IP device. I/O, audio, and PTZ control are included at the channel level. License only the channels the site actually needs -- no pre-bundled seat counts, no forced feature tiers beyond what the job requires.

The Basic tier supports up to 30 servers in a distributed deployment with unlimited cameras and unlimited simultaneous client connections -- sized for mid-market commercial without paying for enterprise-only features like failover replication or LDAP service.
