LumiCloud Access puts full remote management in the dealer's hands without a truck roll: user enrollment, access rules, weekly and exception schedules, remote lock/unlock, and comprehensive event reporting from the LumiCloud Partner Portal. OTA firmware updates keep controllers current automatically. NDAA compliant for government and institutional bids.

What hardware does this license require?
The LCL-ACD requires a Luminys C-2PA Web Access Controller. One license activates LumiCloud Access for one door channel on that controller.
How many LCL-ACD licenses do I need per site?
One license per door channel. The C-2PA supports up to 30 doors; each door managed via LumiCloud requires its own LCL-ACD license.
What does LumiCloud Access include vs LumiCloud Lite?
LumiCloud Lite covers video-only features. LumiCloud Access (LCL-ACD) adds full access control: user enrollment, access rules, scheduling, remote lock/unlock, event logs, and reporting for that door channel.
What happens when the annual subscription expires?
Cloud management features go offline for that door channel. The C-2PA controller continues to operate locally, but remote management, OTA firmware updates, and reporting require an active subscription.
