The DWC-MB45iALPRTX is a dedicated license plate recognition bullet camera built to read plates on moving vehicles at up to 50mph from distances up to 60 feet. The motorized 6-50mm varifocal lens with P-iris and autofocus lets you dial in the capture zone remotely - no ladder trip to adjust focus after the initial install. Operates in B/W mode only, optimized for plate contrast rather than general surveillance color.
Runs on a single PoE cable (802.3af Class 3) or DC12V, so it drops into existing IP infrastructure without adding power supplies. IP66 and IK9 ratings handle parking structures, gated entries, and exposed perimeter mounts without supplemental housing. NDAA/TAA-compliant out of the box for government and federal contract work. ONVIF-conformant with native DW Spectrum integration.
