The SIGA-AB4G-LF adds a code-compliant 520 Hz low-frequency sounder to any compatible Signature Series smoke detector, so a single base handles the low-frequency requirement instead of adding a separate wall sounder to the room.
Built for the commercial fire installer
It flush mounts to a standard North American 4-inch square electrical box and matches the finish of the detector it supports, so the finished install looks like one unit instead of two. Field jumpers select steady or synchronized temporal tone and high or low dBA output, and an optional polarity-reversing module configures the base for group alarm operation across a zone.
Key features
- 520 Hz low-frequency output meets code requirements for sleeping areas and other LF-mandated spaces
- Jumper-selectable steady or temporal tone, high or low dBA output
- Optional polarity-reversing module for zone/group alarm operation
- Flush mounts to standard 4-inch square boxes; finish matches the compatible detector
- UL268 and UL464 listed for use as smoke detector and audible signal
Compatibility
Kidde Signature Series (SIGA/GSA) smoke detectors and the V-PCOS combination smoke/CO detector when used with a GSA-T3T4 Temporal Pattern Generator.
