What Genesis devices does this cover fit?
The EGCAWA-CVR fits Genesis LED EGC Series ceiling mount horn (audible-only) appliances. It does not fit wall mount (EG1/EG4), strobe-only, or horn-strobe models - each has its own cover SKU within the Genesis line.
Do I need to remove the horn base from the ceiling to swap the cover?
No. The cover snaps on and off the base without tools. The horn base stays mounted and wired in place.
