The Kidde Genesis LED EG1-C is a compact wall-mount chime built for commercial fire alarm notification appliance circuits. It fits standard single-gang electrical boxes with no trim ring, protrudes just over an inch from the wall, and installs with concealed mounting screws for a clean finished appearance.
Built for the commercial installer
Part of the Genesis LED EG1 Series, the EG1-C runs on 16 to 33 VDC from any compatible Kidde Commercial NAC circuit. The shallow-depth housing accepts 12 to 18 AWG wire through in-out screw terminals, and the compact form factor leaves room behind the device for wire management. Under-cover diagnostic test points let you verify circuit continuity without pulling the device off the wall. UL listed (UL 1971, UL 1638, UL 464), FCC certified, ICC listed, CSFM approved, and ADA compliant.
