The Genesis EGC ceiling-mount LED horn-strobe provides a clean, low-profile notification solution for indoor fire alarm systems. Designed for both new installations and retrofit projects, it combines efficient LED strobe performance with a configurable horn in a single appliance.
High-efficiency LED technology significantly reduces current draw, allowing more devices per NAC, longer wire runs, and fewer booster power supplies. Field-selectable candela settings and horn output options give installers flexibility to meet coverage and audibility requirements without changing SKUs.
Installation is streamlined using the included universal room-side wiring plate, which supports pre-wiring, continuity checks, and fast device snap-on. Backward compatibility with legacy Xenon strobes allows EGC devices to be mixed on the same circuit, making system upgrades simpler and more cost-effective.
