The ALERT marking distinguishes mass notification signals from FIRE-marked devices on the same site, and a quick-swap cover lets the marking change later without replacing the device.

Flush mount: 4-inch-square-deep box with EWGWMA adapter plate (white, sold separately). Surface mount: Model 449 (gray) or 74347U (red) weatherproof box with adapter plate and ring. DC operating voltage only.
