The Kidde Genesis WG4RF-HVMC is an outdoor-rated wall-mount horn-strobe that delivers selectable candela output and high-decibel alarm signaling from a single compact device. UL 1971 and UL 1638 listed for both indoor and outdoor notification circuits, with IP66 weather protection that handles temperature extremes from -40°F to 151°F.
Built for the commercial fire installer
The Genesis WG4 series runs on standard 16-33 VDC notification circuits with no special power supplies. Field-selectable candela settings (15/29/70/87 cd indoor, 6/12/28/35 cd outdoor) let you dial in coverage without swapping hardware. Horn patterns include temporal, non-temporal, and coded options with output up to 94.7 dBA. Red housing with FIRE marking and clear lens meets code requirements out of the box.
