The WG4WN-HVMC covers audible and visual signaling in one weatherproof device, with an unmarked lens suited to general notification or mass notification applications where a FIRE marking isn't appropriate.
Built for the commercial fire installer
The piezo horn reaches up to 97 dBA (UL 464) with field-selectable high/low output and coded or temporal patterns, while the strobe's four standard-output candela settings are set the same way - open the cover and slide a switch, no separate model needed per candela rating. Settings stay visible after the cover goes back on through a sealed viewport. The full backplane sealing gasket allows installation to recessed in-the-pour boxes as well as surface boxes, and the shallow, low-profile housing rejects the elements down to -40ưF.
Key features
- Up to 97 dBA horn output (UL 464), field-selectable high/low
- Field-selectable strobe candela - 4 settings without swapping devices
- Unmarked lens for mass notification or general-purpose signaling
- Rated -40ưF to 151ưF, indoor or outdoor
- Wall or ceiling mount, strobe positionable above, below, or to either side
- UL 1971 synchronization compatible with Genesis signals on the same circuit
System requirements
Wet locations require a Model 449 or 74347U outdoor-rated box; dry locations use a standard 4-inch square by 1-1/2-inch deep box (2-1/8-inch deep if using the optional WG4WTS trim skirt). Strobe synchronization requires a compatible control module (VM/VS/FX Series panels or GSA-CC1S/SIGA-CC2A-family modules).

Can I select a different candela setting without ordering a new device?
