The Kidde Genesis EWG outdoor speaker-strobe delivers audible and visual fire notification in exterior and semi-protected environments where standard indoor devices won't survive. Rated for -31F to 150F, this wall-mount unit handles loading docks, parking garages, covered walkways, and exposed building entries without needing a separate weatherproof enclosure.
Built for the commercial fire installer
A four-position candela switch (15/29/70/87 cd) sets strobe output in the field without swapping hardware - size it to the space once and move on. The speaker accepts 25 or 70 VRMS taps, compatible with standard fire alarm NAC speaker circuits. UL 1638, UL 1480, and UL 464 listed for U.S. installations. ULC listed for Canadian jobs. ADA compliant for visual notification requirements.
