The EC-LED gives a detector mounted above a ceiling tile or in another hard-to-see location a visible red alarm indicator at a more convenient spot, connected back to a standard mounting base.

System requirements

Compatible with Kidde KI-SB and KI-SB4 standard detector mounting bases only - not supported on isolator or relay bases.
