The FX-T3T4 lets a single riser of sounder bases play the correct tone for the event - the T3 fire pattern or the T4 CO pattern - instead of one generic alarm sound for every condition.
Built for the commercial fire installer
Uses two consecutive SLC addresses: address 1 drives Channel 1 (T3 fire pattern), address 2 drives Channel 2 (T4 CO pattern), with fire alarms always taking priority. The control panel handles synchronization and silencing commands, and the module synchronizes every sounder base on its riser to match. Only one FX-T3T4 is needed per T3T4 riser, and it ships as a sealed factory-assembled unit with no user-serviceable parts.
Key features
- Separates T3 (fire) and T4 (CO) temporal patterns on compatible sounder bases
- NFPA 72 / NFPA 720 compliant tone patterns
- Fire alarm priority over CO alarm by default (US/Canada marketplace)
- Bicolor status LED - green flashes normal, red flashes alarm/active
- One module covers an entire T3T4 riser
System requirements
Compatible with KI-ABDT, KI-ABST, and KI-ABLT sounder bases only. Requires an FX-NAC for T3T4 riser circuit supervision (ordered separately). Mounts to a 4-inch square box, 1-1/2 in. deep. Note: in Canada, only the T3 pattern may be used.
