The Kidde Genesis LED EG4LFWN is a low frequency wall-mount horn that delivers a 520 Hz square wave tone for sleeping area notification per NFPA 72 requirements. It drops onto standard 4-inch square or single-gang electrical boxes and runs on 12V DC, 24V DC, or 12V FWR - pulling power from whatever your FACP NAC circuit already provides.
Built for the commercial fire alarm installer
UL 464 and ULC-S525 listed for U.S. and Canadian installations. The 520 Hz low frequency tone is the code-required frequency for hotel rooms, dormitories, apartment hallways, and any sleeping area where standard 3100 Hz horns don't meet occupant notification requirements. Configurable sound output lets you dial in the dB level for the space without oversizing the NAC circuit. White housing with no FIRE marking keeps the look clean in hospitality and commercial interiors where the AHJ allows unmarked devices.

- UL 464 and ULC-S525 listed: approved for commercial fire alarm installations in the U.S. and Canada
System requirements
Connects to any FACP with a standard NAC circuit providing 12V DC, 24V DC, or 12V FWR. Synchronization requires a Genesis Signal Master on the circuit. Indoor use only.
