The Kidde Genesis 4MS-8AR is a 110 cd wall-mount fire alarm strobe for commercial and institutional notification circuits. It delivers synchronized, high-output visual notification at 110 candela in wall orientation, meeting UL 1971 sleeping area requirements without a separate sync module on the NAC circuit.

Built for the commercial installer

Genesis FullLight strobe technology provides even light distribution and built-in synchronization across all strobes on the circuit. No external sync module required - the Genesis protocol handles timing at the device level. The unit runs on 24 VDC and mounts to standard 4-inch square electrical boxes or single-gang boxes. Red housing with FIRE marking meets ADA and NFPA signage requirements out of the box.

System requirements
