The Kidde Genesis LED EGCSWA is a ceiling-mount fire alarm speaker built for 25V and 70.7V NAC circuits. A field-selectable voltage switch under the cover means one SKU handles both circuit types - no ordering mistakes, no return trips to the supply house. Wattage taps at 1/4W, 1/2W, 1W, and 2W let you dial in coverage per zone, and the included room-side wiring plate (GRSW) means you can run wire and mount the backplate before the device even arrives on site.

The EGCS Series fits standard 2-gang and 4-inch square electrical boxes with a minimum 1-1/2" depth. At just 1.82" deep, it sits nearly flush to the ceiling - a clean look for occupied commercial spaces. UL listed, FCC certified, and FM Approved. The DC blocking capacitor provides electrical supervision of the NAC circuit without additional components.
