The Kidde Genesis LED EGCS ceiling speaker puts clear, code-compliant audio notification on commercial fire alarm systems without eating up ceiling real estate. White housing with red FIRE marking ships with the room-side wiring plate already in the box - no separate line item, no second order.
Built for the commercial fire alarm installer
Field-selectable wattage taps (1/4W, 1/2W, 1W, 2W) and 25V/70.7V operation mean one SKU covers most NAC audio circuit configurations on the job. The built-in DC blocking capacitor handles electrical supervision without adding external components to the circuit. Mounts directly to standard 4-inch square or 2-gang electrical boxes with a minimum 2-1/8" depth. UL listed (S218, S5389), ULC listed (S218), and FM Approved.
Key benefits
- Field-selectable 25V/70.7V and 1/4W to 2W taps - one device fits the design, stock one SKU for multiple applications

- Room-side wiring plate included - no separate order, no waiting on a second shipment
