The SD-T36 is a 36-inch rigid metal air sampling tube for Kidde SuperDuct duct smoke detectors. It draws air from the HVAC duct into the detector's sensing chamber, providing reliable smoke detection across standard commercial duct widths up to 36 inches.
Built for the commercial installer
Standard sampling tube spacing means the SD-T36 drops into any SuperDuct housing without modification - same hole pattern, same mounting. Compatible with both two-wire (SD-2W series) and four-wire (SD-4W series) SuperDuct conventional duct smoke detectors. The tube installs from either the duct side or the sensor compartment side of the housing, with or without the detector cover in place, and rotates in 45-degree increments for proper alignment with duct airflow.

Compatibility
