The SD-T8 is an 8-inch rigid metal air sampling tube for Kidde SuperDuct two-wire (SD-2W) and four-wire (SD-4W) duct smoke detectors. Built for narrow ducts and tight mechanical rooms where a full-length tube won't fit, it delivers sample air straight to the detector's sensing chamber without compromising placement.

Installs from either the duct side or the sensor compartment side of the housing, and rotates in 45-degree increments so the inlet holes can be aimed correctly into the airstream regardless of duct orientation.
