The 276B Series mounts semi-flush on a standard North-American 4-inch square box with a single gang plaster cover (minimum depth 2-1/4 inches) or surface-mounts with the optional 276B-RSB back box. UL Listed (S2318), red Lexan 940 construction with raised white "PULL FOR FIRE" lettering meets code visibility requirements without question.
