Description
The FX Series Upload/Download Digital Alarm Communicator Transmitter (DACT) and modem module adds off-premises signaling and remote system management to FX Series conventional fire alarm control panels. Designed to mount directly to the panel’s main assembly, it integrates cleanly without the need for external dialer hardware.
This module supports dual telephone lines and reports to up to two receivers using standard Contact ID or 4/2 communication formats. In addition to alarm transmission, it enables upload and download of system configuration, panel status, and event history for faster programming and service.
A built-in 2-line by 16-character LCD provides local system visibility and simplifies on-site diagnostics. Supplied RJ31X cords streamline installation and help reduce wiring errors, making this a straightforward add-on for projects requiring monitored communications.
