The FX-NAC adds a supervised Notification Appliance Circuit output to any Kidde FX-Series fire alarm panel over the SLC loop. One module, one address, one pair of wires back to the panel - and you get a fully supervised 24 VDC output rated at 2 amps to drive horns, strobes, and horn-strobes anywhere the riser reaches.
Built for the commercial fire alarm installer
Mounts in a standard 4-inch square electrical box (2-1/2 in. deep or 1-1/2 in. deep with a 2-gang plate). Wiring accepts 12 to 18 AWG, with 16 and 18 AWG preferred. Supports both Class A and Class B output configurations (Class B uses a 47 k UL-listed EOL resistor), so you match the circuit supervision to the job's code requirements without swapping hardware.
